Basic Trouble Shooting
This user guide is to help troubleshoot Movies (VOD) & Boxsets (Series) not playing with just a revolving white circle.
What You Need To Know
There are 2 built in video players embedded in the app EXO & VLC. We use 2 video players due to the amount of different streaming formats and we wanted to be able to play all of them.
There is no 1 video player that is compatible with all formats, occasionally you may have to change the player from one to the other for the stream to play. This is done easily from the app settings. See video below.
App Settings
From the main screen click on the settings icon located bottom right, now click player, change the video player to the corresponding EXO or VLC, click ok, now click back and try.

We connect to your device remotely using the AnyDesk App, the AnyDesk App ensures secure and reliable remote device connection for our Tech Support Team to help live. You actually watch us control your device!

Open a web browser on your device and navigate to the support centre Link here http://iptv4expats.com/support-centre/
Scroll down to the downloads section below and pick the Android Support.
The download should start automatically or if prompted to download apk file click yes. Once the download has finished click install when prompted.
